Order Processing

At GET HAKD, we aim to provide fast, secure, and discreet delivery for all research-grade products.

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We dispatch all orders from our Sydney, Australia facility.

  • Shipping is provided via Australia Post Express for reliable delivery across Australia.

  • Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: We guarantee dispatch, not delivery by a specific date. Once the parcel has left our facility and is in the courier’s hands, delays beyond transit time are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping automatically applies to orders over $300 AUD at checkout.

  • A flat shipping rate of $9.99 AUD applies to all orders under $300 AUD.

Discreet Packaging

  • All GET HAKD orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents inside.

  • We take privacy and discretion seriously.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research materials and compliance requirements, we operate a strict returns policy.

Change of Mind / Order Errors

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection once an order has shipped.

  • Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gethakd.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will assess your claim and organise a replacement item at no extra cost if the error or damage is verified.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded.


What Happens After Shipping

  • You will receive tracking details once your parcel leaves Sydney.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with Australia Post to locate and resolve the issue — typically by issuing a replacement shipment if the tracking confirms loss.

  • We do not offer refunds for lost packages that can be tracked and delivered.
