Ordering & Delivery
Where are your products shipped from?
All GET HAKD orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney-based facility in Australia.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch via express post.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship outside Australia?
At present, we ship within Australia only. International shipping is not currently available.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If a parcel doesn’t reach you within expected timeframes, contact us. We offer a guaranteed reship at no extra cost if the package is lost in transit.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.
Shipping & Packaging
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes — all GET HAKD parcels use plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Are peptides protected during shipping?
Yes — we use secure, temperature-aware packaging to help maintain product integrity in transit.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gethakd.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund if delivery is delayed?
We do not provide refunds for shipping delays or lost parcels, but we will help coordinate reshipments where appropriate.
Product Storage & Handling
How should I store peptides once received?
Store lyophilised peptides in a cool, dry place away from light. For extended stability, refrigeration is recommended.
How should I store reconstituted peptides?
Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored in refrigerated conditions and used within a suitable research timeframe.
Product Quality & Specifications
What purity level are your peptides?
All GET HAKD products are manufactured to high-purity research standards suitable for scientific use.
Do your products include Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — each batch includes a COA. You can access and download it from the relevant product page for quality verification.

No — GET HAKD products are not approved by the TGA or any global regulatory authority for medical use. They are research chemicals only.
